The company clarifies that the Board of Directors’ decision to approve the dividend distribution was made on the evening of Saturday, March 22, 2025. The necessary internal procedures for publishing the announcement were completed on March 23, 2025, in accordance with regulatory requirements, and therefore, the announcement was published after the trading session had ended.

This clarification has no material financial impact.
