| Enma Alrawabi Company announces the approval of the Board of Directors in a decision dated 10 Rabi' al-Thani 1446 H corresponding to 13 October 2024, the resignation of Eng. Saud bin Sayaf Alquaifil from the position of Chief Executive Officer, effective of 13 October 2024, due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Eng. Saud bin Sayaf Alquaifil for his effective role and abundant efforts in improving the company's performance during his time as Chief Executive Officer and wishing him all the best in his future endeavors. The company will announce any updates regarding the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer for the company in due course. |
