Enma Alrawabi Company announces that the first ordinary general assembly meeting (the first meeting) was not held on 07 Shawal 1443 AH corresponding to May 08, 2022 AD, at the company's headquarters in Riyadh due to the lack of a quorum necessary to hold the assembly as the attendance rate for the first meeting was 17.87%
