Enma Alrawabi Company is pleased to announce the opening of Nomination for membership of the company’s board of directors for the next board session, which will last for three Gregorian years, which begins on 09 May 2022 and ends on 08 May 2025Those who wish to nominate themselves for membership in the Board of Directors, who meet the conditions and criteria for membership, must submit their nomination applications within the specified period and in accordance with the details contained in this announcement.

The Nomination will be in accordance with the provisions contained in the Companies Law and its implementing regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, in addition to the company’s articles of association and board membership policies and standards.

The Board of Directors will be elected for the new session at the next General Association meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities / bodies.
