Enma Alrawabi Company announces that the first extraordinary general assembly meeting (the second meeting) was not held on 15 Jumada Al-Thani 1443 AH corresponding to January 18, 2022 AD, at the company's headquarters in Riyadh, due to the lack of a quorum necessary to hold the assembly, as the attendance rate for the first meeting was (04.94%) and the second meeting rate was (08.15%)
